We are pleased to welcome you to our new group study rooms, redesigned to accommodate your needs for collaborative learning. The area includes 9 group study rooms, which you can book online, by following the instructions below. It is important that you read our usage policy carefully to help us keep the area pleasant and comfortable. 

Group Study Rooms Reservation Information

To book a room, please check the following steps:

  • Click on the Book a Group Study Room button below.
  • Use the filters to select if you would like a room with a board or a room without a board.
  • Choose the day you would like to reserve, then click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation; you will be redirected to a page where you will be required to input your SUAD email and password.

Rules & Regulations

  • Students can book up to 2 hours per day at 30 minutes increments.
  • Students have to present their SUAD active ID card at the information desk at the time of the booking.
  • Sound level must be kept at a minimum at all times.
  • Doors must be closed.
  • No food or open-container drinks are allowed in the rooms.
  • Furniture may not be moved into or out of the room.
  • Room occupancy limits must be followed. Only four people are allowed in each room.
  • The Library code of conduct must be upheld at all times.
  • The Library holds the right to cancel any reservation. In the event of any misconduct, you will be asked to leave; if deemed necessary, you may be banned from entering the premises.
